Appearance: black, forward spiking hair, blue eyes,slightly tanned skin, a tattoo on his back of a yellow lightening bolt and a smaller one on the back of his left hand.
Personality: pat is kind, generous, but not the most social of people, preferring to keep to himself for the most part. likeable, talkative at times and very easy to get annoyed on certain occasions, also very clever and resourcefull.
Likes: music, computers, good looking women (a fact he often denies if someone is to point it out) art, chocolate, hard candies, history, nature, gems and gold
Dislikes: electrical storms, cruelty, oppresion, bees, narcasism, sadness and seeing those he cares about in pain.
Weapons: a metal glove for his left hand with a lightning bolt etched into it, kunai, a bull-whip with a wire running through it leading to a metal ball at the end of the whip, a retractible staff with a full length of 1 1/3 yards with a small lightbulb at the top, and a pair of steel brass knuckles, a wrist crossbow for shooting kunai and flash-bang paper bombs.

magnet feild jutsu: this technique super-charges a peice of metal with an electro-magnetic pulse for 2-6 minutes, during which time all projectile metal object become atracted to it, pat often uses his staff for this so he can keep track of how long it lasts (the lightbulb on the staff is on while the magnet is in effect) C rank

thunder cyclone: this techique allows pat to manipulate the air currents and electrical feild around him, to create a mini-tornado of electricity that he can eather send in any direction or use to defend himself for a short period of time. B rank

sonic boom: this technique allows pat to, the the clap of his hands, send out a shokwave of air currents towards his opponent. C rank

gale force: this move allows the user to blow an incredible about of wind in any direction that can be used to knock back projectiles and opponents, but leaves the user exausted for a short period of time afterwards.



Genjutsu:-dizzy spell: a minor technique that allows pat to send an opponent into dizzyness and slight confusion when used by electricly overloading the opponents nervous system, the effects last one minute and patrick must be in direct physical contact with the target for it to work. C rank

Bloodline:- The litanie clan. the clan special ability is electrical convergance, it allows any member of the clan to sap energy from the earths electro-magnetic feild (location pending) and eather re-direct the power to another conductive surface, or store the power in their bodies in a chakra coated metal block that is surgicaly implanetd to the clan member, placed within the rib-cage behind the lungs. the mark of the clan is a lightning bolt tattoo on the back and back of the left hand. little is known of the clan or even where it resides.

Weakness: pat can, on occasion, suffer from an electrical overcharge, this happens when too much electricity is absorbed into the body and is completly released in a painful electrical discharge, when this happenes, pat needs to recover with full bed-rest for atleast 72 hours or three days, the discharge can also cause memory loss in some cases, this is usualy why pat prefers to stay inside during thunder storms, its also worth noteing that due to pats electrical atributes, he's atleast 24% more likley to be struck by lightening than a normal person. also, the electricity pat stores disapates over time, and as the electricity goes away, it takes more and more effort to preform his techniques. and, as stated before, pats a sucker for good looking women so stuff of that sort tends to distract him, though considerably less of a distraction in more dire situations.

History: pat lived with his clan for a good few years of his life, learning the secret ways of his clan and the art of ninjutsu. unfortunatly, he became seperated from his mother and father during a horrible storm. during the storm, he was also struck by lightning and suffered a painful electrical discharge. he woke up three days later in a hospital in a small village, haveing little recolection of what happened, where his family was and where his clan was in general. after spending a year or so in the village under the watch of the village elders, at age 10 he left and began to travel the world on his own, seing the many sights and countries the continent had to offer. along the way he built himself new weapons and developed new techniques. he eventualy settled in the hidden leaf village, mostly due to its historical significance and overall charm of the city, and continues his search for his clan, his family, and his home.
